On the northern coast of Bali, in the province of SingaRaja, a small village in the hills above the sea. Women and children bathing in cool streams spilling down from the mountains. In the village, under a palm canopy, 24 men playing on bronze metalphones, gongs and double sided drums. Sit in the shade as dancers appear. Flutes trill wildly  in the air. The day becomes a shimmering dream melting into an uquatorial trance of smiles, light and magic.
